An Approved Course Provider for the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), Hastor was established in 2010 and has been conducting the obligatory Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course for all real estate salespersons since then. CEA's RES Course and RES Examination have upped the standard for real estate salespersons since its establishment.
